Who delivers my cookies?

For local deliveries in Porto, we have teamed up with Uber Eats.

How do I place an order?

Find us on Uber Eats to order your favourite cookies right to your door.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is priced by our delivery partners and is based on your proximity to our shop.

Do you deliver to me?

Uber Eats have their own delivery remits, which, unfortunately, we cannot control. As soon as you have entered your delivery address into the app it will inform you if you are within their delivery remit or not.

What can I do if I live outside the delivery remit of Uber Eats?

You can either come to our shop and place your order in person or we can arrange to have your order delivered by Faz Favores.

Who is Faz Favores?

Faz Favores is a local delivery service that typically operates across the Greater Porto area.

How does Faz Favores work?

Next-Day delivery service. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, it will arrive on Wednesday.

Delivery Radius: 4 - 18km from Cookie Club Porto

Delivery Fee:

4 - 6km: 4,50 euros

6 - 8km: 5,25 euros

8 - 10km: 7,00 euros

10 - 14km: 9,50 euros

14 - 18km: 12,00 euros

Delivery Days & Times: Tuesday to Saturday (11:30am - 5:30pm)

How do I place my order: Send us an email or a direct message via Instagram with the following information:

  1. The preferred delivery day

  2. Your full delivery address (including apartment number, postcode etc.)

  3. Your cookie order

  4. Name and contact number

Order Confirmation: Once we have received your message, we will liaise with Faz Favores and reply to you with their availability for delivery and a total price for you to pay. Payment must be received via MBway or bank transfer at the time of the order to be considered complete.

My order never arrived?

If the order is showing as completed via the app, but you've not received the order, please contact the delivery partner in question.

If you experience any difficulties/issues with your order, we recommend that your first action is always to contact the delivery partner responsible.

If this route proves unsuccessful, send us an email and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

National Delivery

How do I place an order?

You can order our cookies from this site by clicking ‘shop’ and choosing which flavours you would like in your box of 8. Follow through to checkout to complete your order.

Once your order is accepted and the online payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It contains your order number.

When can I place my order?

Orders can be placed at any time. However, orders are dispatched between Tuesday and Thursday, with delivery being the next day. Please remember that the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 13h.

If you order after 13h, your cookies will be collected by the courier the following day.

Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be collected by the courier on Tuesday.

Your cookies will ALWAYS be baked the same day that the courier will collect them.

For Spain, orders are only dispatched on Tuesday and Wednesday. The cut-off time on Wednesday is 13h. Deliveries are not available on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Do I need to place my order before a certain time?

We bake all our cookies to order, which means that we require online orders to be placed before 13h to ensure that they are ready for collection by the courier that same day between 17h and 18h.

For online orders received after 13h, we will wait until the next day to bake and have them ready for collection later that day.

How much does delivery cost?

Portugal (mainland ONLY): 6.95€

Spain (mainland): 8.50€ (Please note that the delivery timeframe is 24-48 hours)

If you live in mainland Portugal or Spain then we can get our delicious cookies to you!

Where is my order?

You’ll get an email order confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive a shipping confirmation email the day your order leaves our shop. The shipping confirmation email will include the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit.   

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and add info@cookieclubporto.com to your safe senders’ list.

What if I miss my delivery?

Deliveries will arrive any time between 9 am and 19h, it all depends on the courier's route.

When an MRW Courier tries to deliver an order and the recipient is absent, as a rule, the courier will call so that they can re-arrange the delivery, drop it off at a neighbor or even drop it off at an establishment close to the delivery address.

In case the courier contacts and does not get an answer, they are obliged to take a photo at the door and at the door number to prove that they were there.

When MRW Head Office receives the information that the shipment was not delivered, they call the recipient directly to schedule the 2nd delivery attempt.

General Information

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately not. It is just the two of us and so for now we aren’t able to make changes to flavours, box size, or delivery date.

What should I do if my cookies are damaged during delivery?

If you notice that your cookies are damaged once delivered and opened, please send us photos and a description of the damage to info@cookieclubporto.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Do you accept returns?

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email info@cookieclubporto.com and let us know the situation. We will do our best to fix things.
